We work through the four assessment areas — source-of-truth maturity, provisioning workflows, monitoring and alerting, and automation readiness — and you leave with a clear view of where you stand and which gap matters most. No discovery scripts, no agents installed, nothing touching your network.
Is it a sales call?
It is a working session that sometimes leads to an engagement. If the assessment says you are not ready for an agent, or that the highest-value work is something we do not do, we will tell you that.
What should we have ready?
Rough device count, vendor mix, what you use for monitoring and configuration management today, and the incident type that costs you the most time. Nothing needs to be formal.
